At Treasures of the Dragon, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Below is our detailed refund and return policy, applicable to customers in the United States and Mexico.

Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products under the following conditions:

  1. Condition of Products:
    • Products must be in new or slightly used condition.
    • Products must include all original packaging and any accessories.
  2. Return Window:
    • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  3. Method:
    • Returns are accepted by mail only.
  4. Return Address:
    • To return your product, mail it to: Oude Groenestraat 6-26, 6678MB Oosterhout (GLD), The Netherlands.
  5. Return Label:
    • Customers are responsible for downloading and printing the return label and covering the shipping costs associated with the return.
  6. Shipping Costs:
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  7. Restocking Fees:
    • We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept refunds or returns for the following:

  • Downloadable software products.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Exchanges are allowed for products of the same or equal value.
  • The item to be exchanged must meet the same conditions outlined in the Returns section (new or slightly used).

Refunds

    • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 days to the original payment method.

    • Certain items, such as final sale items or downloadable software products, are non-refundable.
